I am a chef. A chef in love. The recipient of this love is food. I know right not exactly unheard of for a chef! Bear with me. I want to share the deep and overwhelming passion I have for food, in particular the funky stuff. The bubbling, angst inducing funk that runs through my very veins. I’m prone to exaggeration, but we wont let that get in the way.
Id love to share some of my food stories with you. They are based in the past present and future. Childhood experiences of food (not from my grandmothers knee in the kitchen) learned ways of cooking and preparing food for optimal health, academic pursuits and my love of foraging in ditches, forests and beaches for free food!
